Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A partial delivery closes the purchase too early. Compare ordered and received quantities on each line before marking the order Received.
  • Purchasing units differ from shop units. Confirm the item unit when recording the supplier quantity and preparing the inventory handoff.
  • The due list includes completed work. Read the order state alongside its due date before contacting the supplier about a delay.
