What Are Cookies

Cookies and browser storage remember choices on this website. Optional analytics and advertising services may also use cookies or similar technologies after you allow their categories.

How We Use Cookies

You can browse this website before storing a cookie preference. When you make a choice, we store it in a first-party cookie_consent cookie so we can honor it on later visits. Enhanced Features, Performance & Analytics, and Personalized Advertising start off. Necessary storage keeps your cookie choice; it does not turn on optional categories.

Disabling Cookies

You can change or withdraw optional choices at any time through Cookie Preferences in the site footer. Your browser settings can also block or clear cookies, but clearing the consent cookie means the site will ask for your choice again.

The Cookies We Set

  • Cookie choice: cookie_consent stores the categories you selected for up to one year. It is set after you make a choice.
  • Theme preference: when you enable Enhanced Features and choose a theme, erpai-theme and browser local storage remember that choice. A dark-theme timestamp limits the explicit dark setting to six hours. Without Enhanced Features consent, you can switch themes until you reload or leave the page, without storing the choice.
  • CRM implementation draft: on the CRM implementation starter, browser local storage saves your organization and requirements as erpai.crm-implementation-draft.v1 while you type. This first-party draft stays on your device until you clear it in your browser or replace it; it is not an analytics identifier.

On proto.erp.ai, a separate web_proto_cookie_consent cookie remembers your choices. The Proto homepage does not store its rotating hero clip or your theme selection before you enable Enhanced Features. After you enable it, proto-hero-video in local storage prevents the same clip playing twice in a row, while erpai-theme and erpai-theme-dark-at remember the homepage theme in a cookie and local storage. Other Proto pages use web_proto_theme for their theme preference. Withdrawing Enhanced Features clears these preferences; without it, theme changes last only for the current visit.

Third Party Cookies

The website can load these services only after you enable their categories:

  • Performance & Analytics: Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand page visits and interactions. They are not requested before you enable this category. If you withdraw consent, we remove their first-party identifiers and reload the page to stop their scripts.

  • Embedded contact form: the ERP.ai contact page loads the Tally form from hi.erp.ai and its widget script only after you enable Performance & Analytics. The form provider may use its own analytics and storage when the embed loads. You can instead open the form in a separate tab; that site has its own privacy practices.

  • Personalized Advertising: the X Pixel measures visits and advertising conversions. It is not requested before you enable this category. Withdrawing consent removes first-party X identifiers and reloads the page to stop the pixel. Cookies set on X’s own domains can be cleared through your browser settings. You can also manage interest-based advertising through X’s ad preferences.
