Keys and references

Preserve the business numbers and the source reference used during import. Resolve links by stable record identifiers rather than a display name. Confirm Organization on Customers, Vendors, purchase bills, tax invoices and journal entries before importing dependent lines. A payment’s entity context follows its linked document and counterparty; check both together.

Use tax invoices.issue date with the agreed tax periods date interval when reviewing output tax. Use purchase bills.tax period when reviewing input tax credit. Retain the inclusion rules for document Status with the review configuration. Keep recorded monetary values within their organization’s base currency context.

Record attachments identifies its parent through parent table name and parent record id. Validate that pair before relying on the file URL. Review decisions can reference a journal through subject type and subject reference; use those values consistently when no direct journal link applies.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations, Users and team members and verify the identity and organization mappings.
  2. Load ledger accounts and tax periods, then Customers and Vendors.
  3. Load purchase bills and tax invoices, followed by purchase bill lines and tax invoice lines with resolved parent references.
  4. Load journal entries and their journal lines, then Payments linked to the existing bill or invoice.
  5. Load historical review decisions, operation receipts and record attachments only with their actual actors, dates and references; reconcile totals and test file access.
