Accreditation Management Reviewer approves, returns or rejects the revision with a reason and evidence reference. The reviewer must be independent of preparation. A changed revision needs its own decision, and a returned or rejected decision cannot authorize delivery. On the approved path, the recorded review action moves the cycle from Verified to Decided. Returned and Rejected describe the review decision; keep the cycle's separate status visible.
Accreditation Management Reviewer authorizes execution of the approved outcome through the decision and delivery action. Follow the operation run and its ordered steps against the reviewed revision. When an external destination is involved, use the connection agreed during setup and retain the destination's correlated receipt.
