How a Agri-fintech Lending rollout works
Pilot a farm application through independent review, provider confirmation and exact reconciliation.
Agree the lending boundary
Select the lending organization and provider account scope. Name Credit Officer and Independent Credit Approver, including the independent reviewer entitlement. Agree which provider evidence establishes disbursement and who investigates a discrepancy.
Map identities and evidence
Preserve borrower codes, account identifiers and application revisions. Resolve organization and team references before importing transactions. Use the [data model](/agri-fintech-lending/data-model) to sequence parent and child records.
Configure the pilot
Start with a farm borrower, an active account and a seasonal-input request. Agree document visibility, application ownership and the credit decision path. Connect the provider test environment and define its confirmation evidence.
Rehearse rejected actions
Try self-approval, a reviewer from another organization and a stale revision. Replay a provider event. Attempt a reconciliation match with the wrong amount, date or account. Inspect an operation whose claimed effect is absent.
Reconcile and release
Compare the confirmed instruction, source movement and account snapshot. Have Auditor inspect the decision and operation evidence. The lending team accepts the configured behavior before a controlled live cycle; preserve the original source records for later investigation.
