How permissions work
Work decisions
Farm Manager approves field tasks after reviewing the field, cycle and assigned person. Field Operator carries out the authorized work through the agreed execution path.
Input control
Stock Controller maintains lots and reconciles consumption with task usage. Agree how corrections are reviewed before changing a stock quantity.
Evidence ownership
Field Surveyor records boundaries, Agronomist records observations and Harvest Reviewer accepts the actual harvested quantity.
Authenticated people
Admin links team members to their user accounts. Operational identity should follow that link when work is executed or a harvest is accepted.
