Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A correct flight number is attached to another customer's transfer.
  • A scheduled arrival is read as confirmation that the flight has arrived.
  • The gate start changes without a corresponding discussion of the ground window.
  • The reviewer and preparing team inspect different versions of the operating details.
