Trip reconciliation and completion

Explain the trip balance before completing the movement and releasing its vehicle.

  1. Review final charges Finance Officer

  2. Confirm transport documents Finance Officer

    • Updates Transport documents, Trips
  3. Resolve the close condition Finance Officer

  4. Complete and release Property Manager

Property Manager completes the trip only after the financial condition is satisfied. The movement reaches Completed and the vehicle moves from Assigned to Cleaning or Available according to actual readiness. Check the saved trip and fleet outcomes before handing the resource to the next shift.

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A Pending document is included as if its amount were confirmed.
  • The same charge or document is counted more than once in the trip comparison.
  • An outstanding difference is ignored because the vehicle is urgently needed elsewhere.
  • The trip is completed but the fleet handoff still needs cleaning attention.
