Billing Coordinator checks the business partner and organization on the Draft document, assigns its owner and adds the fee lines. Confirm quantity, unit price, net amount and tax against the practice's agreed calculation rules. Attach the accepted design evidence and use the document type that matches the transaction.
Billing Coordinator moves the document from Draft to Review once the lines and supporting material are ready. Finance Manager receives the current document revision and compares its total with the accepted milestone fee. A changed fee needs the corresponding evidence before the review can conclude.
Finance Manager records Approve, Reject or Return with the source revision, reason and decision date. Approve moves the document to Approved; Reject moves it to Rejected; Return sends it to Draft for correction. The preparer responds to the recorded reason and resubmits corrected work under the agreed review policy.
