    • Updates Spare parts, Part usage
  4. Coordinate replenishment Parts Coordinator

Parts Coordinator follows the customer's purchasing practice for the flagged part. Retain the maintenance usage as the explanation for the stock reduction, and agree any purchasing-system connection separately during setup.

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Pack-size confusion. A quantity of fittings means something different when the catalog unit is a box. Resolve the unit before posting.
  • Duplicate consumption. A delayed response can prompt a repeated submission. Rehearse the command's retry behavior so the balance changes once.
  • Unowned flags. The reorder condition needs a person responsible for the next purchasing decision.
