How the model is organised
Organization and access
Organizations, People, Users and service providers establish operational scope.
Instructions and accounts
Work orders connect to work order accounts and financial accounts; provider-held account snapshots retain dated balances.
Decisions and evidence
Review decisions, record attachments, work evidence and operation receipts preserve decisions, source files and action results.
Applications and settlement
Account applications belong to a parent instruction. Reconciliation items identify provider movements against an account and matched instruction.
Reference rates
Exchange rates carry read-only currency rates with effective dates.

Keys and references
Use the instruction record number, provider instruction ID, provider event ID, operation key and external account ID for their separate purposes. A provider reference is not the same as a local row identifier. Keep the parent instruction link when recording a decision, attachment, receipt or application. Work order accounts supplies the account path used when matching a provider movement to confirmed work.
Migration order
- Import Organizations and service providers, then map active People to Users.
- Load financial accounts and dated account snapshots with provider identifiers intact.
- Import work orders and their work order accounts and supporting attachments.
- Bring forward account applications, review decisions, work evidence and operation receipts without rewriting decision history.
- Load reconciliation items, preserve provider event IDs and compare the first account balances.
