Review before release
Run the instruction through review, provider submission and verified confirmation. Try a stale revision, self-approval and a late provider response. Compare the source movement by account, amount and occurrence date, then inspect an exception. Confirm the auditor sees the retained evidence and the administrator cannot make the financial decision. Review the implementation plan.
