Step by step

2. Build basket Customer

   Customer (external) adds a variant and quantity to a basket under the intended catalog and currency.

3. Review checkout Customer

   The shopper supplies an address and chooses an available shipping method; tax and discount terms are checked.

4. Record sale Customer

   The purchased lines and totals are retained on the order; the basket moves to Converted.

Catalog Manager

Prepares the listing; Customer (external) builds the basket and checks out.

Customer Service Rep

Handles an order exception, while Merchant Owner owns the commercial checkout terms.
