Keys and references
Events link to Organizations, People as Owner, and Venues. Registrations link to Events as Parent and Organizations. Admissions, payment evidence, review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts link to Events as Parent. Review decisions link to People as Reviewer, and record attachments link to People as uploaded by. People link to Users and Organizations. Keep original provider IDs and operation keys when importing evidence so a later reconciliation can identify the same external event.
Migration order
- Organizations and users. Establish the hosting organizations and people who will own and review records.
- Venues. Import active locations with contacts, addresses and organizational ownership.
- Events. Bring in the event schedule, owner, venue, status and capacity.
- Requests and admissions. Link Registrations and Admissions to the intended parent event.
- Evidence and decisions. Import review decisions, record attachments, payment evidence and operation receipts with their original source references.
