Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A Verified label is read without checking the privilege type and effective dates.
  • The outgoing clinician's assignment remains Active after responsibility changes.
  • A task description is too vague for the receiving person to know what to do.
  • The visit is Completed and the team stops looking for care tasks that remain Open.
