How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Ayurveda / Wellness Center for your business. Begin with a representative consultation, its consent documents, assigned clinician and follow-up. Rehearse the review and billing handoffs with the people who will run them.
How do we handle a returning patient?
Find the existing patient number and confirm identity before updating contact details or opening another visit. Clinical Coordinator reviews the assigned clinician and applicable consent purpose before proceeding.
How is consent recorded?
Keep the purpose, document version, signature date and expiry date with the patient consent record. Pending, Signed, Withdrawn and Expired distinguish the outcome. Review the patient consent summary against the documents relevant to the work.
Who verifies clinician privileges?
Clinical Governance Administrator reviews license details, issuing authority, verification evidence and effective dates. The administrator decides when a Pending privilege can be marked Verified and maintains Suspended or Expired states when applicable.
Who closes an encounter after review?
Clinical Reviewer reads the care evidence and authorizes the outcome. Clinical Coordinator records the encounter’s completion and actual end time after that decision. Agree and rehearse the decision handoff during setup.
How are notes and measurements connected?
Each clinical note and observation refers to the encounter. Notes retain their author and signing state. Observations record the metric, value, unit, time and recorder so the clinician can review the measurement in context.
How do we follow a specimen?
Record its type, accession number and collection time against the encounter. Update progress when collection, receipt, testing or rejection is confirmed. Results come from the designated laboratory system through the connection agreed during setup.
What goes into a medication dispensation?
Record the medication, lot, quantity, unit, encounter and authorizing clinician. Agree naming and unit conventions before the pilot, and review the relevant prescribing privilege under the center’s policy.
What happens to unfinished follow-up?
Clinical Coordinator assigns a patient task to a staff member with a due date. The assignee records progress, completion or escalation. Review overdue and Escalated work until the next action and owner are clear.
How do charges and patient payments work together?
Service charges attach to the encounter and move through review and invoice handoff. Payments attach to the patient with an amount, receipt time and source reference. Use the designated billing system to answer invoice allocation and outstanding balance questions.
