How a Ayurveda / Wellness Center rollout works
Start with a care cycle the clinical team and coordinator can review together.
Agree the operating cycle
Choose a representative consultation and its follow-up. Name the coordinator, clinician, reviewer and governance administrator. Agree how the review decision reaches the person recording encounter completion.
Map identities and evidence
Prepare patient numbers and staff accounts before importing encounters. Map each note author and task assignee to the correct staff identity. Provide consent versions, privilege evidence and effective dates.
Configure the working screens
Prepare encounter scheduling, consent review and assigned follow-up for the pilot team. Agree medication units, specimen accession conventions and the currency used for recorded charges and payments.
Rehearse difficult handoffs
Use a Draft note, Pending consent, Suspended privilege, Rejected specimen and Escalated task. Have the responsible person explain the action needed before the work continues.
Reconcile and release
Compare imported records with the source and test ordinary role access. Confirm invoice and receipt handling with the external billing owner. Release the configuration after the pilot team accepts the operating handoffs.
What the customer provides
- Patient identifiers, contact details and the assigned clinician mapping.
- Staff identities, professional evidence and dated patient assignments.
- Consent wording, document versions and the center’s review procedure.
- Encounter history, clinical notes, observations and unfinished patient tasks.
- Specimen accession conventions, medication lot examples and quantity units.
- Billing source, receipt references and the agreed monetary reporting convention.
Changing it afterwards
