    • Updates Job requisitions
  3. Approve the opening Admin

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A request may point to a position with the wrong department or location. Correct the seat before approving the requisition.
  • An additional headcount request needs a clear business decision. Keep it pending approval while that review is unresolved.
  • The same candidate may already exist. Search before creating a second person record, and keep separate applications for separate requisitions.
  • A candidate marked do not contact should not enter an outreach sequence. Check the instruction at intake and whenever contact details change.
