Order completion and cleaning

Review the financial handoff, complete the order and release equipment only after a passed cleaning inspection.

Step by step

  1. Prepare the final comparison Finance Officer

Finance Officer reconciles approved order items with Confirmed payments. Resolve shared counter charges before combining obligations. Show any amount still outstanding and retain the reference needed to explain each receipt. Pending payments remain distinct while the source outcome is unresolved.

    • Reconcile charges and confirmed money
    • Updates Order items, Counter sales, Payments, Orders
  2. Approve completion Operations Reviewer

Operations Reviewer checks the evidence and approves the eligible completion. If the order carries an outstanding account, the acknowledgment must be explicit under the bakery's agreed procedure. The decision does not confirm a Pending receipt or imply that the bank has received money.

    • Review completion or acknowledged outstanding account
    • Updates Orders, Order items, Payments
ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.
  3. Complete the order Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent submits the authorized final action for the reviewed order. In Production becomes Completed, and the linked equipment moves from In Use to Cleaning. Inspect the resulting handoff so the team can identify the equipment still awaiting preparation.

    • Move to Completed and Cleaning
    • Updates Orders, Equipment
  4. Perform the cleaning work Front Desk Agent or Property Manager

Front Desk Agent or Property Manager manages the assigned cleaning task. The worker's completion date describes the task outcome. Operations Reviewer still needs the cleaning inspection evidence before deciding whether the equipment is ready for another commitment.

    • Record assigned cleaning work
    • Updates Production tasks, Equipment, People
  5. Release equipment Operations Reviewer

Operations Reviewer approves a passed inspection before Cleaning becomes Available. A failed inspection leaves the equipment in Cleaning while the team follows up. Completing the task alone cannot replace this decision.

    • Return to Available after inspection passes
    • Updates Equipment, Production tasks
ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Completion is used to change a Pending payment without payment-source evidence.
  • An outstanding account is carried forward without an explicit acknowledgment.
  • Equipment becomes Available as soon as a cleaning task is marked Completed.
  • The next shift promises equipment while its inspection still needs attention.
