Keys and references

Preserve application numbers, borrower codes, account numbers and provider references during migration. Loan applications links Borrower and Counterparty to Borrowers, while credit officer and Owner both reference team members. Resolve the user’s membership through team members.User when configuring personal views.

Several records carry parallel parent references. Application evidence.loan application and Parent both target loan applications; review decisions follows the same pattern. Loan accounts.Application and loan application both point to the originating request. Disbursements, Repayments and repayment schedules carry Loan and loan account references to loan accounts. Agree how the workflow populates each reference and test that parallel references identify the same intended record.

Keep operation receipts.operation key and expected revision with the effect evidence. Preserve review decisions.source revision and bundled applications.Revision when moving reviewed records. Loan changes.prior schedule version and repayment schedules.Version identify the schedule context. Retain repayment allocations.reversed at so historical allocations remain distinguishable from active ones.

Migration order

  1. Import Organizations and establish Users with the intended access assignments.
  2. Import team members, Borrowers and loan products, resolving organization and user references.
  3. Import loan applications with its borrower, product and team references, then application evidence, record attachments, bundled applications and review decisions.
  4. Import loan accounts from confirmed booked facilities, followed by Disbursements and repayment schedules with their original provider identities and versions.
  5. Import Repayments, repayment allocations and loan changes, retaining reversal dates and prior schedule context.
  6. Import historical operation receipts with their original identities and reconcile them against the imported effects before treating them as completed.
