How the model is organised
Fleet readiness
Organizations supplies operating scope. Resources identifies bikes, e-bikes, scooters and docks with Active, resource type, Availability, maintenance status, battery percent and current dock location. Team members links operating staff to Users.
Reservations and capacity
Bookings holds the Organization, Owner and Resource references, scheduled starts at and ends at, Status and Revision. Booking resources links each reservation line through Parent and Resource with Capacity, reserved units, setup minutes and cleanup minutes.
Ride sessions
Ride sessions connects the actual Vehicle and Organization to its Bookings parent. Started at, ended at, distance miles and fare USD describe actual service, supported by provider device receipt references and times.
Independent review
Review decisions identifies the source revision, Reviewer, Decision, Reason and operation key for the booking's submitted work.
Payment evidence
Payment evidence retains provider event ID, provider reference, Type, amount USD and Verified alongside the booking reference.
Activity and reconciliation
Operation receipts stores Action, expected revision, result state and effect references. Record attachments keeps evidence files, Visibility and uploaded by against the same booking.

Keys and references
The model contains 11 tables. Follow reference fields when joining records; a vehicle name or customer name is descriptive text. Bookings.Owner references team members, and team members.User connects that membership to Users. Resolve the authenticated user through that relationship for assigned work.
Child Parent references lead to Bookings. Review decisions.source revision identifies the revision being decided, while operation receipts.expected revision identifies the revision expected by an action. Preserve operation keys and provider event identities through retries and migration.
Migration order
- Establish identity. Resolve Users through the platform identity process, then create Organizations and team members with their correct references.
- Load resources. Import Resources with stable codes, organization ownership and current operating condition.
- Load reservations. Import Bookings and then booking resources, preserving their parent and resource links.
- Attach actual service. Import ride sessions with the matching booking, organization and selected vehicle. Preserve historical vehicle wording separately.
- Retain evidence. Import record attachments, review decisions, payment evidence and operation receipts with their original references and revision meaning intact.
