Step by step

1. Read the current scope Booking Coordinator

   Booking Coordinator opens the booking and checks its current revision, resource lines, review decisions and operation receipts. Establish whether the requested change concerns unexecuted work or service that has already been accepted or performed.

2. Check policy and timing Booking Coordinator

   Apply the agreed cancellation rule to the actual request time. A future eligible reservation may be cancelled; a No Show requires the appointment threshold to have passed. A customer message alone does not establish that threshold.

3. Cancel eligible work Booking Coordinator

   Cancel the unexecuted scope through the authorized action and release the associated capacity. Record a successor operation receipt so the original claim and its later release remain understandable.

4. Preserve executed evidence Booking Coordinator

   Keep completed ride evidence, earlier review decisions and provider payment events. Refer a payment adjustment to the configured provider process and retain its resulting evidence separately from the reservation change.

5. Reconcile the correction Booking Supervisor

   Booking Supervisor compares the successor receipt with the intended booking and revision. Leave a discrepancy for review when the released capacity or retained effects do not match the authorized change.
