Step by step

1. Record the ride start Booking Coordinator

   Booking Coordinator checks actual arrival and the provider's vehicle-release evidence. Select the vehicle and record actual start time as the booking and session move into progress.

2. Record the ride end Booking Coordinator

   Capture actual end, distance, fare and provider return evidence. Check that the physical events belong to the selected vehicle and that the end follows the start before preparing the session for submission.

3. Submit the revision Booking Coordinator

   Submit the evidence and freeze that revision for review. Booking Supervisor must be able to examine the same facts that the coordinator submitted, including supporting attachments and the physical event references.

4. Review ride evidence Booking Supervisor

   Booking Supervisor independently approves, rejects or returns the submitted ride revision and records a reason. Approval applies only to that reviewed revision. A returned ride requires correction and another submission; the preparer cannot approve their own work.

5. Complete accepted service Booking Coordinator

   Booking Coordinator executes the eligible approved scope. Record Completed only after the expected effects persist and match the accepted revision. Set the booking's actual completion time from service evidence and leave uncertain operations for reconciliation.
