Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A quantity without an understood unit makes a custody entry difficult to reconcile. Review the pair during handoff.
  • A charge description can be too vague to explain the service. Agree the wording before the coordinator approves it.
  • A donor receipt and a donation charge can be confused during reconciliation. Keep each record's parent visible and use the external financial process for allocation.
