Keys and references

Preserve published Id identifiers and recognizable codes such as stock items.Code, stock lots.lot code and Loads.load number. Stock requests.record number identifies the operating request; stock movements.source effect key identifies its stock effect. Operation receipts.operation key identifies the action outcome.

Stock movements.signed quantity supplies the balance effect while Quantity records the movement amount. Retain Posted and the original reversal reference when reconstructing the ledger. Stock requests.Counterparty is a reference to storage locations. Handling units.custody owner is text; it identifies custody without becoming a separate ownership account.

Review decisions.Revision and bond entries.Revision concern their respective review contexts. Keep the parent request and entry identities distinct. Load stops.appointment at is an appointment point, interpreted in the operating time zone.

Migration order

  1. Prepare Organizations and Users, then team members with the agreed membership.
  2. Prepare stock items and storage locations, then stock lots with reconciled opening quantities and conditions.
  3. Add stock requests with item, locations, organization and owner, followed by bond entries and supporting record attachments.
  4. Reconcile stock reservations and posted stock movements against the accepted stock cutoff; retain Reverses references in dependency order.
  5. Bring across review decisions and operation receipts as historical evidence, then prepare Loads, load stops, handling units and allocation policies for the operating handoff.
