Central operations team

A central operations desk may prepare requests for several organizations while separate reviewers make decisions. The organization and owner on each transfer define the operating scope. A shared process can keep requests, provider instructions and reconciliation work in order without treating a pending provider response as final.

How Branch Operations is set up for you

Intake

Case Analysts record the requested amount, party and account scope under the right organization.

Review

Credit Reviewers decide on the exact revision and leave a reason.

Follow-up

Submitted and pending transfers stay in view until verified provider evidence arrives.

Exception work

Reconciliation differences and operation receipts needing review get a named investigation path.

A central operations desk may prepare requests for several organizations while separate reviewers make decisions. The organization and owner on each transfer define the operating scope. A shared process can keep requests, provider instructions and reconciliation work in order without treating a pending provider response as final.

Pilot one organization’s account set and one settlement party before broadening the desk’s coverage. Set up active People records with their user links and organization assignments. Rehearse a transfer that is approved and confirmed, a transfer that is rejected, and one provider movement that stays an Exception. Each case should retain its attachments and decision trail. Assign the reviewer before a request enters Review, so a change of shift does not blur who can decide.

Then add account applications that sit under a parent transfer. Keep the application’s Approved status separate from Completed provider authority. Define who follows the provider application identifier and who checks the evidence. Use the Business Overview to identify recorded exceptions at the beginning of a shift, then open the underlying case for the details and the next action.

Roles on the team

Credit Reviewer
Reviews eligible transfer revisions independently and reconciles operational evidence. Approve or reject through guarded actions only; no unrestricted editing of protected or executed records; a reviewer cannot approve their own submission.

Captures assigned branch operations work and evidence. Own organization and draft scope only; accepted, posted and provider evidence is read-only; guarded workflows authorize every transition.
