Validate and review a revision

Step by step

1. Select revision Process Owner

   Process Owner chooses the draft model revision and confirms its linked scenario and node order.

   • Identifies the draft being checked
   • Updates Process models, Process nodes, Simulation scenarios

2. Validate revision Process Owner

   The validation workflow records a durable run and numbered step trace, moves the model to Validated and opens a pending review decision.

   • Records trace and moves Draft to Validated
   • Updates Operation runs, Operation steps, Review decisions, State history, Process models

3. Review validation Independent Reviewer

   Independent Reviewer inspects the source revision, trace and evidence. The reviewer approves, returns or rejects the decision with a reason tied to that revision.

   • Records independent decision on source revision
   • Updates Review decisions, Evidence documents, Process models
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Release for simulation Simulation Operator

   Simulation Operator confirms the reviewed revision and its scenario before triggering the simulation workflow. A returned revision goes back to its owner for correction.

   • Confirms the approved revision for the next run
   • Updates Process models, Review decisions
