Click Get started, create your account and open Campground / RV Park Mgmt. Use Proto to configure your unit inventory, rate periods, staff assignments and booking decision policy. Begin with the people who will run the first test stay.

Enter a guest party and a bookable unit with its capacity and current condition. Add a dated rate plan for that unit type. Create a requested reservation with arrival, departure, guest count and agreed nightly rate. Have Property Manager review it, then connect an amenity booking or service task to the confirmed stay. Add a draft charge and a payment record with its actual status and reference.

Ask each role to open the records it needs. Check a conflicting date request, a unit in cleaning, a task assigned to the right staff member and a charge linked to the correct stay. At departure, reconcile posted charges with confirmed payments or acknowledge the outstanding account. Return the unit to available only after the cleaning inspection passes. Expand the inventory after the team can explain the full case from guest request to reviewed account.
