Single-property parks
A property team can start with its bookable units, guest parties and current reservations. The common reservation link gives the front desk, Property Manager and Finance Officer a way to discuss the same stay. Build the first operating cycle around arrivals, occupied units, cleaning and departure review.
How Campground / RV Park Mgmt is set up for you
Unit inventory
Give each bookable unit a code, type and capacity that staff can recognize. Decide how a unit number appears in guest communication and in staff work.
Booking decisions
Use requested, confirmed and checked-in reservation states to show whether the team has accepted a guest's dates. Review capacity and rate periods before confirmation.
Daily service
Record cleaning, maintenance and guest-service tasks against the unit and reservation. Assign each task to a People record so the next shift knows who owns it.
Guest account
Keep folio charges and payment references linked to the stay. Finance Officer reviews posted charges and confirmed receipts at departure.
A property team can start with its bookable units, guest parties and current reservations. The common reservation link gives the front desk, Property Manager and Finance Officer a way to discuss the same stay. Build the first operating cycle around arrivals, occupied units, cleaning and departure review.
Choose a small set of units with different capacities and rate periods. Enter a returning guest party and a new one, then rehearse a requested stay that becomes confirmed and checked in. Add a cleaning task and a draft folio charge. The team should be able to find both from the intended reservation. Ask a second person to review the charge and the unit condition before closing the case.
Before a busy arrival day, agree who will update the reservation status and who may move a unit out of maintenance or cleaning. The front desk needs that decision visible while it speaks to guests. If an outside payment service supplies receipt evidence, map its reference and confirmation into the Payments record rather than letting staff infer success from a request alone.
