Stay and service

Connect check-in, extra bookings and assigned work to the active stay.

Step by step

  1. Deliver stay Property Manager

At arrival, Front Desk Agent presents the confirmed reservation and linked unit for check-in. Property Manager records the checked-in status and marks the unit occupied. Front Desk Agent can then open the active stay before adding service evidence. Use the actual reservation and unit links so a returning guest's previous visit does not receive new work.

    • Mark the reservation checked in and the unit occupied.
    • Updates Reservations, Units
  2. Record amenity booking Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent captures a restaurant or spa booking for the selected stay. Record the amenity, start time and guest count so the outlet request can be recognized by the next person handling the guest.

    • Attach the timed booking and party size to the stay.
    • Updates Amenity bookings, Reservations
  3. Complete service work Property Manager

Front Desk Agent records cleaning, maintenance or guest-service work on a task linked to the same reservation and unit. Assign an active staff member, keep a due time, and progress the task to completed with its completion time. Property Manager reviews work that affects unit readiness.

    • Assign, progress and complete unit or guest work.
    • Updates Service tasks, People, Units, Reservations
