Who it's for

Venue catering teams

A venue team can keep eligible rooms or outlets as event venues under the operating organization. The coordinator selects the destination and contact on each order. Kitchen tickets carry table code, sent time, guest count and delivery reference for supervisor review. The service lead follows each delivery and records served portions separately, making a partly served event legible to the next shift.

How Catering Management is set up for you

Check room details

The coordinator confirms the active venue contact and service address.

Submit kitchen instructions

The Kitchen Lead records table code, guest count, sent time and delivery reference.

Keep review independent

The supervisor decides on the submitted ticket revision.

Measure service at the table

Service Lead records guest portions separately from a delivery event.

Begin with an active organization, a destination, a small product and recipe set, and one team responsible for acceptance, kitchen work and service. Run a complete order from Draft to Served. Then rehearse a changed guest count and a delayed operation result. The reviewer should be able to identify the submitted revision, decision, actual performed quantities and any remaining work.

Agree which attachments are needed at the handoff and who may see shared or internal evidence. Confirm how payment provider events arrive and who verifies them. The same order should remain understandable after a shift change or later correction.

For a reception that changes rooms after acceptance, the coordinator checks the current order revision and alerts the kitchen and service leads. A submitted ticket with a new table code needs a fresh supervisor decision. The team retains the earlier decision and preparation history when it corrects only the work still eligible for change.
