Prepare the first operating cycle
Create a client with its venue delivery address, a separate billing party if needed, and menu items with per-person prices. Enter a draft event order with its headcount and selections. Review the order revision, record an approval decision, then run preparation, dispatch, venue handoff and setup against that order.
Review before release
Check the client, billing party, venue address, guest counts, order total and payment evidence. Rehearse an exception and a returned decision. Ask each receiving owner to find the event from their own screen and explain the next action.
