Create your account
Click Get started and use Proto to configure Change Request Management. Name the organization, project and people who will prepare, deliver and review the first change. Assign a Project Manager and an Independent Reviewer before the pilot begins.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active project and a requested change with a clear outcome. Draft a work package with owner, due date and budget hours. Add an impact assessment, plan assigned tasks and attach the material the reviewer needs. Use the Task Board by Status to follow work and Packages awaiting review for the decision handoff.
Review before release
Ask the reviewer to Return a sample package, correct it and submit a new revision. Confirm that the new decision names the current source revision and that the earlier reason remains visible. Check organization access and failed receipt handling before adding more projects.
