How a Change Request Management rollout works
Start with one project, one change and a complete review trail.
Set ownership
Confirm organizations, project owners, team members and who may prepare or independently review a package.
Load project context
Establish project identity, status, dates and organization links. Check a sample against the original project record.
Pilot a change
Draft one package, add an impact assessment, plan tasks and attach evidence.
Rehearse the decision
Return a package for correction, revise it and record a new decision against the current source revision.
Inspect exceptions
Check failed operation receipts and confirm the team can explain what did and did not change.
Expand carefully
Open more projects after the pilot's ownership, effort and review history reconcile.
What the customer provides
Supply organization and project identifiers, current owners, operating time zones, active project states and a representative change request. Provide the people who will prepare and review the package, along with the evidence they need to decide. Agree who interprets the assessment’s dollar cost field when the organization uses another currency.
Changing it afterwards
When scope changes, update the package revision and the assessment or tasks it affects. Present that revision for a new decision. Keep earlier decisions, attachments and operation receipts as history. Review access and project ownership whenever the team structure changes.
