Who it's for

Internal transformation teams

Internal change programs face requests from several teams at once. An organization and project locate each request in the operating plan. A work package then captures the distinct scope, owner, due date and effort budget. Impact assessments and tasks explain the expected effect and the work that follows. Review decisions provide a reasoned record of what was accepted or returned.

How Change Request Management is set up for you

Program context

Use the project owner and current status to explain where the request belongs.

Working plan

Assign tasks under the package and keep their status visible on the task board.

Exception queue

Examine failed operation receipts when a governed action needs investigation.

Choose a change to an internal reporting process on an active project. Create a package with a clear subject and a date for review. The Business Analyst records the added hours and explains which existing step will change. The Project Manager plans the task lines and names their assignees. Contributors update status as work proceeds, including any Blocked line that needs the owner's attention.

The Independent Reviewer should see the impact note, task plan and attached evidence before deciding. Have the reviewer Return a sample package when the evidence does not match the requested scope. Correct the work, update the revision and record a new decision. The Delivery Lead then confirms which revision was approved before recording acceptance.

Operations Overview helps the authorized team inspect live work and failed operations across its organizations. Use it to decide what needs attention, then open the underlying package, receipt or decision for the detail. A failed receipt documents the attempted action and reason; it should not be mistaken for a reviewer choice.
