How the model is organised

Configuration:

Organizations, People and procedure steps establish the operating context and controlled procedure reference.

Definition and execution:

SOP definitions links the named revision to checklist executions with ordered outcomes and source identity.

Review and evidence:

Review decisions, evidence documents and follow up actions preserve decisions, verified documents and corrective work.

Run history:

Operation runs, operation steps, execution attempts and state history explain actions, retries and state changes.

Source mapping:

Source mappings records the reviewed source-to-target field rules for a controlled step.

Keys and references

Keep the organization’s code and each person’s code stable. A definition uses its number with revision and version to distinguish an older result from a newer one. Each checklist execution points to its parent definition and retains the source record identity. A review decision stores the source revision it concerns. An operation key connects a run or retry to the attempted work; numbered operation steps explain the sequence. Preserve external references and receipts with the original evidence.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations and People, then reconcile each person’s organization.
  2. Load procedure steps and source mappings with their effective dates and source rules.
  3. Load SOP definitions with owner, definition, revision and status.
  4. Load review decisions, evidence documents and historic checklist executions against the correct source revision.
  5. Load follow up actions, operation runs, operation steps, execution attempts and state history; reconcile transitions and open actions.
