How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Checklist & SOP Management for your business. Begin with one controlled procedure, one independent reviewer and an execution with accepted and rejected outcomes.

How is a procedure version identified?

The definition keeps its revision and version. Review decisions identify the source revision, and execution records retain the published version used for the work.

Can a reviewer return a revision?

Yes. The review decision can be Approved, Returned or Rejected, with a reason and decision date. The owner can prepare a corrected revision for another decision.

What happens when a checklist step is rejected?

The rejected outcome stays with the execution record. Assign a follow-up action with a responsible person and due date, then record its resolution.

Can evidence be verified by a named person?

Yes. An evidence document links to its definition and records whether it was verified and who verified it.

How do we examine a failed operation?

Inspect the durable run, numbered steps and retry attempts. The operation key and failure reason help the operations lead identify the attempted revision and result.

Can an executed revision be corrected?

The correction path retains the earlier revision and its run history. The definition returns for another independent review before the corrected version proceeds.

Can the same procedure serve different organizations?

Each procedure step and definition belongs to an organization. Set up the step, owner and access scope for each organization that uses the procedure.

Where do source documents live?

Agree the document store and source references for your team. Evidence documents and operation receipts retain their references to the original material.
