How a Clinic Management rollout works

Set up clinic records around a complete visit rehearsal.

  1. Define the clinic scope

Choose the first visit type, named staff, consent purpose and review owner.

  2. Prepare identities

Set up users, people, patients and care-team assignments before importing visits.

  3. Run a visit

Schedule an encounter, record arrival, clinical work and a lead review through completion.

  4. Add follow-up and billing

Assign a patient care task, review an encounter charge and record a patient payment.

  5. Rehearse exceptions

Check withdrawn consent, an expired privilege, an amended note, an escalated task and a voided charge.

What the customer provides

Provide staff identities and responsibilities, patient data to migrate, visit types, consent documents and current clinician privilege evidence. Choose the people who make clinical completion and billing decisions. Supply the accounting, pharmacy, laboratory or communication system details only for connections the clinic intends to set up.

Changing it afterwards

Start with the source record affected by the change. A clinician change may require both a care-team assignment and a future encounter update. A correction to a signed note uses its amended state; an incorrect charge uses its voided state. Rehearse the change with the person who owns the next handoff and check the affected views and reports before applying it widely.
