Amenities

Service
Service tasks links a Resources unit, Bookings reservation and assigned team members record. Team members links to Users.
Account
Booking charges and payment evidence point to the reservation, alongside amenity charges. Exchange rates is a read-only effective-rate table.

Keys and references
Use the reservation reference to bring together an outlet visit, service task, charge and payment evidence without matching by name. Keep resource codes and team member identities stable after migration. Each transaction has its own number, while the required references preserve the path back to its booking or unit. Users also contains a self-reference; review identity mapping carefully before loading team members.
Migration order
- Load users and team member identities, then residents.
- Load resources and dated rate plans.
- Load bookings with the correct resident and resource links.
- Load amenity bookings, service tasks, charges and payment evidence against the verified reservations.
- Review exchange rates as a read-only input and reconcile a sample account.
