How a Co-living / Shared Space Mgmt rollout works

Set up the property records and rehearse a stay from request through turnover.

  1. Define the operating scope

Choose the rooms and shared facilities to represent, the booking parties to migrate and the staff who will work each handoff.

  2. Load the foundations

Enter residents, resources, team members and dated rate plans. Check codes, capacities, user links and rate boundaries.

  3. Rehearse the stay

Capture a requested booking, review a date conflict, confirm an eligible space and check in the resident.

  4. Rehearse linked work

Add an amenity visit, service task, charge and payment evidence to the same reservation. Review the account and turn the room over after checkout.

  5. Agree release checks

Have the desk, property manager, finance officer and reviewer each verify their own screens and decisions.

What the customer provides

Provide the resource list with codes, types and capacities; the current resident and team member records; dated rates and minimum nights; and a representative set of bookings. Name the person who confirms reservations, the person who reviews charge evidence and the team member responsible for room turnover. If payments or accounting use outside systems, provide their connection owners and reconciliation rules.

Changing it afterwards

Review the effect of a new resource type or rate period before staff use it for a booking. A changed stay should be checked again for overlapping dates and capacity. Keep the reservation number stable so existing amenity visits, tasks, charges and payment evidence remain traceable. Rehearse access and account review again after changing who can approve or post an amount.
