Who it's for

Independent coaching center

A center offering several courses can keep each offering distinct and give every enrollment a named owner. The administrator maintains course dates and codes, while instructors prepare learner cases for academic review.

How Coaching Institute Mgmt is set up for you

Course ownership

Education Administrator records the offering, its code, dates and owning organization before intake begins.

Case preparation

Instructor links a learner enrollment to that offering, records supporting requirements and attaches evidence.

Independent decision

Academic Reviewer reviews the source revision and records a decision with a reason when further work is needed.

Visible follow-up

An assigned action and due date show who will address a correction before the next review.

A center offering several courses can keep each offering distinct and give every enrollment a named owner. The administrator maintains course dates and codes, while instructors prepare learner cases for academic review.

Start with one active course and a representative set of enrollments. Rehearse a complete application, a pending requirement and a returned review decision before using the pattern across the center.

Use the selected enrollment workspace to inspect the status, pending decision and supporting records together. The course reference should remain clear from intake through delivery. A returned case should lead to a named correction, and the reviewer should be able to compare the revised evidence with the decision that prompted it. Once the team can explain that path from the records, extend the same approach to other offerings.

For example, an instructor preparing a learner for a dated course can open the enrollment and see whether a document is still unverified. The reviewer records a return reason on that same case, and the instructor assigns the correction before the next decision.
