Multi-location training operation
An institute with separate operating units can associate courses, people and enrollments with their owning organization. A central reviewer can inspect the recorded revision while instructors work the assigned cases.
How Coaching Institute Mgmt is set up for you
Course ownership
Education Administrator records the offering, its code, dates and owning organization before intake begins.
Case preparation
Instructor links a learner enrollment to that offering, records supporting requirements and attaches evidence.
Independent decision
Academic Reviewer reviews the source revision and records a decision with a reason when further work is needed.
Visible follow-up
An assigned action and due date show who will address a correction before the next review.
An institute with separate operating units can associate courses, people and enrollments with their owning organization. A central reviewer can inspect the recorded revision while instructors work the assigned cases.
Start with one organization and one course in each location. Check ownership on enrollment records and confirm each instructor and reviewer sees the cases their role permits.
Use the selected enrollment workspace to inspect the status, pending decision and supporting records together. The course reference should remain clear from intake through delivery. A returned case should lead to a named correction, and the reviewer should be able to compare the revised evidence with the decision that prompted it. Once the team can explain that path from the records, extend the same approach to other offerings.
For example, a learner choosing a course at one location should have an enrollment linked to that location’s organization and the intended offering. The receiving reviewer checks those links before deciding. The record gives the next person a clear owner for any returned correction.
