Keys and references

Bookings is the operational center. Its Client and Kitchen references identify who uses which space. Add on bookings, add on charges, booking charges, Payments and service tasks each reference a Booking. Service tasks also references Kitchens and team members. Team members references Users. Keep those links intact during imports so related work appears on the correct booking detail.

Migration order

  1. Import Users and team members, then Clients.
  2. Add Kitchens with kitchen type, station capacity and status.
  3. Add rate plans with effective dates, slot rate and minimum slots.
  4. Load Bookings with their client and kitchen references.
  5. Load add on bookings, service tasks, booking charges, add on charges and Payments against the correct booking.
  6. Review exchange rates where currency data is part of the operating setup.
