Who it's for

Shared food production kitchens

Shared food production facilities need a clear view of which kitchen a client can use, when the interval begins and ends, and how many attendees the space can hold. The booking ties that plan to a client organization. Kitchen status and service tasks show whether the space is actually ready for the next session.

How Commissary Kitchen Management is set up for you

Book by capacity

Property Manager reviews station capacity and the requested attendee count before Kitchen Coordinator confirms the interval.

Keep the rate visible

A rate plan covers kitchen type and effective dates; the booking records the selected slot rate for this client.

Follow usage

Finance Officer records dated booking charges and confirmed payments against the same booking.

Prepare turnover

Front Desk Agent assigns Cleaning tasks and Property Manager reviews readiness before the kitchen returns to Available.

Shared food production facilities need a clear view of which kitchen a client can use, when the interval begins and ends, and how many attendees the space can hold. The booking ties that plan to a client organization. Kitchen status and service tasks show whether the space is actually ready for the next session.

A production client may request a kitchen across several dates while another client has already confirmed part of that period. The coordinator compares each booking’s start and end dates before accepting another request. A kitchen with sufficient stations can still be unavailable because another confirmed session overlaps, or because cleaning has not finished. The Requested state leaves room to negotiate a different interval before a commitment is made.

Begin with the kitchens, station capacities, clients and active rate plans. Enter a few upcoming requests and rehearse one conflict and one clean confirmation. Then follow a confirmed booking into service, record a charge and receipt, and complete the cleaning handoff. Agree how the facility will check inspection evidence before returning the kitchen to Available.
