How do I get started?

Finance Leadership reviews an in review plan and uses the Approve Plan action. The decision and operation result remain on linked evidence records.
How does a run move forward?
Billing Operations uses Advance on a Draft run to mark it Validated, then on a Validated run to mark it Posted. Each transition records an operation receipt.
Can we compare a plan with actual amounts?
Plan vs Attainment compares the plan target with recorded actual amounts and opens the components behind the variance.
How do schedules help the team?
Each schedule keeps booking, account, product, dates, method and earned amount together. Held schedules carry a reason for review.
What appears on a statement?
A statement carries account, run, issue and due dates, terms and balance. Its lines record product, quantity, price and service period.
Can we track partial payouts?
Payouts link to statements with amount, method and status. A partial application leaves the remaining statement balance visible.
How are exceptions reviewed?
Review decisions record subject, reviewer, outcome and reason. Calculation receipts show whether configured actions succeeded or were skipped.
