How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Community Development Platform for your business. Start with one active program, its organization and a representative funding case.

What does a funding case contain?

A case holds its number, subject, status, owner, organization, program and revision. Community needs and attachments link to it.

How are community needs assessed?

Each need line has its own description, quantity, source and outcome of Pending, Accepted or Rejected. The reviewer considers those lines with the case evidence.

Who records an independent review?

Independent Grant Reviewer records the decision and reason against the source revision being reviewed.

Can a preparer approve their own case?

The review path separates Program Officer preparation from Independent Grant Reviewer approval. Rehearse that boundary with direct record access.

How is delivery recorded?

Operation runs, attempts and ordered receipts show the action and its result. The case receives a delivery reference after the result is confirmed.

What happens when an external result is uncertain?

The team investigates the provider reference and receipt before treating the case as Delivered. The run can show that reconciliation is required.

How are corrections handled?

A successor revision receives its own review. Earlier decisions and receipts remain visible, and a follow-up action records any needed adjustment.

Can partners send case data?

A reviewed source mapping can define the incoming fields for a program. Set up the connection and compare a sample record before importing live cases.
