How a Community Development Platform rollout works
Start with one program and rehearse its case, review and delivery paths.
Set the program
Enter its organization, policy reference, effective dates and team members. Confirm who maintains the definition.
Prepare cases
Bring in representative requests with need lines and attachments. Check source mappings and stable case numbers.
Rehearse review
Assign independent reviewers, submit a revision, return one case and approve another.
Trace delivery
Follow an approved action through its run, attempt and receipt, including an uncertain result.
Review access
Test each role on the screens and direct records before the wider team starts.
What the customer provides
Bring the current program definitions, organization list, staff assignments, case samples, source documents and delivery service references. Name the person who decides case outcomes and the person who reconciles external delivery. Agree the evidence required for each program and the policy for corrected revisions.
Changing it afterwards
Change a program definition through its administrator and review the effect on open cases. A revised request should preserve its earlier decision and delivery evidence. Use a successor revision and follow-up action when an executed result needs correction. Recheck role access and source mappings when adding a new organization or partner feed.
