Public program teams
A public program team must know which organization owns a program and which policy reference applied when a request was reviewed. The program record carries an effective window and active state. Each funding case links back to that program and names its owner. Community need lines and attachments explain the request; review decisions record a named person's response to the exact revision.
How Community Development Platform is set up for you
Program control
App Administrator maintains the program definition and its policy reference while caseworkers use it for intake.
Review trail
Independent Grant Reviewer records Approved, Returned or Rejected with a reason tied to the source revision.
Operational exceptions
Failed or reconciliation-required runs appear for investigation before the team records delivery.
A public program team must know which organization owns a program and which policy reference applied when a request was reviewed. The program record carries an effective window and active state. Each funding case links back to that program and names its owner. Community need lines and attachments explain the request; review decisions record a named person's response to the exact revision.
Begin with one department and one program that has a clear policy owner. Import its current program definition and a sample of cases across Draft, Submitted and Decided. Confirm that every case points to the correct organization and program. Agree who may record a case decision after independent review and what evidence must be present. Rehearse a returned case so the owner knows how to prepare a successor revision without hiding the first decision.
A request for a shared facility can show the whole path. The Program Officer records the need and document, then submits a revision. The reviewer returns it for an unclear quantity. The officer corrects the detail, and the reviewer records a new decision. If delivery is authorized, the team checks the operation receipt against the external result. The Auditor can then inspect the case, reasons, revisions and receipt in sequence.
