Case preparation

A Program Officer begins with an organization and an active program. The case number and subject identify the request; the owner takes responsibility for completing its supporting material. Community needs state what the request addresses, while attachments hold documents that a reviewer can inspect. The submission date and revision place those materials in a review sequence.
