Correction and follow-up

Corrections begin with a clear account of what changed. A follow-up action has an assigned team member, due date and resolution. If a decided or delivered case needs a new revision, the original review decision and receipts continue to describe the earlier action. The successor revision requires its own review, and a superseded delivery requires a compensating action to make the remaining obligation visible.
